well for me my development goals from two years from now is to become an author. Well my career plan is to tell the world that imagining is not a bad thing when you imagine it shows that you are capable of thinking great thing but ya you shouldn't start building castles in the air by saying things that are really impossible. by being an author there are some words that people learn by reading books and there are some books based on each one's life which shows the path of our own life. if you fail to plan than try again, again and again maybe someday you'll become a successful person, but never plan to fail because being a failure makes us failure.
