Have cell wall, vacuoles and plastids (they impart colours to the plant parts, like chloroplasts impart freen colour to the plant leaves and also cantain chlorophyll)
Animal cells:
Have vacuoles (very minute and are usually temporary), and centrosome.
The organelles which are not common to both (i.e., plastids, centrosome and cell walls) are specific to them only.
