plant do not have any nervous system but yet, if we touch a sensitive plant,some observable changes take place in its leave . explain how could this plant respond to the external stimuli and how it is communicate ​

It is caused by Nastic movement in plants. Plants respond to external stimulus by such movements.

One such type of response caused by touch or vibration as such is called Thigmonasty.

Touch changes the turgor pressure of the plant cells  resulting the contraction of pulvinus of the leaf stalk releasing an active protein substance.

This triggers a series of reactions resulting in outflux of potassium ions and water lowering the cell pressure.

The leaves droop down due to this.
