plants stay in the same place and this can put a lot of stress on their cell . therefore they have to have something to support themselves.animals on the hand, have to move quickly,and this is nearly impossible with cell wall beside,animals don't need cell walls they do not stay in exactly the same position for very long.

Plant cells have certain organelles that are absent in the animal cells. This is the reason why the presence of a call wall in a plant cell is important. In a plant cell, a cell wall is important so that the plant can grow up and out and does not burst in the process due to the filling of the vacuole. It also gives them stability and shape. Whereas in animal cells, the shape of cell continuously changes and and it does not require stability from cells as they contain their own exoskeleton.
