The viruses which infect the plants have ss RNA and and ssDNA. So, the correct answer to this question is option D. RNA and DNA.


However, the proportion of the RNA viruses with DNA virues differ by a huge margin. Only about 20% of the plant viruses have ssDNA.


While the major part of about 70% have ssRNA. Remaining 10% of the plant viruses have either dsDNA or dsRNA in not definte proportion.
