Hello...
plants have different types of transport tissues as XYLEM and PHLOEM..
xylem helps in transportation of water from roots to tree top.
It also transport the nutrients in the tree.

By the help of xylem the water reached top of the tree (xylem works as it create a transpirational pull and follows capillaries law
