yes because they are living organisms ,they have sense organs and feeling . so when they get hurt they stated feeling pain and thinks that anyone has damage or harm ous. in terms of bio we can say that all living organisms including animal and plant get hurt or blood is coming out then they feel pain and there is loss of platelet from the body
give some reasons how we are harming them and they feel pain
when we are driving and whenever they they are in middle of the road we don't stop our car and they are thrown away and got hurt
