Plants cannot produce oxygen during night then how can humans breathe

plants do produce the oxygen on the morning but it depends upon the partial pressure , in the atmosphere the already 21% of oxygen and only act as mediators who keep the check on the partial pressure  of the oxygen

and it why we can breathe at night
