Food chain given : Grass -- Deer---Lion.
Grass represent Producers.
According to the 10%law, at each trophic level about 10% energy  of the previous trophic level is passed to next level.

Energy available to  Lion ---100J
Let x be the energy available to Deer.
10% of x =100J
so x =1000J
So deer has received 1000J of energy.
Let Y be the energy available to Grass
Then grass will receive 10%of Y=1000J
Y=10000J
Hence 10,000 joules of energy is available to producers.

Hiiiii..............
Here is your answer........

According to 10 per cent law, 10 percent energy is given to the consumer in the next level out of total energy

If lion has 100 j,
Dear have 1000 j and,
Plants have 10000 j

So producer will have 10000 j energy

Hope it helps you........
