Plants don't have a digestive system like us. Why do they not need a digestive system???

The digestive system convert the food in simplest form like amino acid and fatty acid the broken down food is than absorbed into the blood Strom from the samall intestine and the nuteriant are carried to each cell in body

plant usually take up basic nutrients directly from the soil , and produce what they need themselves . so no need to go to all trouble with having digestive system.
