Plants get their food from a chemical reaction in their cells. The reaction uses carbon dioxide and water to make glucose. how can a gas snd a liquid react to form a solid?

The main components of this food production reaction are, carbon dioxide and water.

The main resultant of this reaction is glucose which is solid in the normal scenarios.
