Hello user !!!

Your answer :-

Plants give out CO2 at night because it takes respiration process.

→In photosynthesis process it gives out and takes CO2 .

→Excess CO2 will be released out at night.

→People also tell us not sleep under trees at night time.

Hope this helps you :)

Hii There!!

Plants utilize carbondioxide gas present in the atmosphere to prepare food for the plant.
They trap sunlight through a green pigment called chlorophyll.
Since, sunlight , water and CO2 are essential for photosynthesis reaction, and we know that sunlight is present during day time.
So, O2 is formed during day time and CO2 is relatively absorbed in a larger amount.

During night , there is no sunlight . So no photosynthesis reaction takes place.
As a result, CO2 is eliminated and O2 is relatively needed for respiration in plants.
