actually green plants  suffer from  three things they are iron nitrogen potassium as the soil is fertilized by urea and many artificial fertilizers so it    contains  N (Nitrogen),Fe(Iron),K(potassium).

as the production of food  for plants requires carbon(CO2)it do not suffer for carbon because 85% of gas present in the air is carbon dioxide, and also trees or plants convert the carbon dioxide into oxygen.

ITs because these are already present in soil and surrounding atmosphere
