Plants take carbon dioxide from the atmosphere mainly through their leaves.

The leaves are the food factories of the plant. It absorbs the carbon dioxide through the small holes called stomata.

It also absorbs the sunlight light and helps the photosynthesis process. It is the main part of the plant to produce the own food by the photosynthesis process.
