The movement of liquid from from a less concentrated solution into a more concerned one called Endosmosis.

The movement of liquid from inside to outside is called Exosmosis.

Exosmosis is the passage of water through a cell membrane (semipermeable) toward a surrounding medium of lower concentration. Therefore a cell will display endosmosis when it shrinks by losing water when placed in a water or display exosmosis when it swells up or enlargens when placed in a water.
