yes, plastic bags should be banned but their use very much in excess today instead we can use newspaper bags or bag made of some kind of cloth. If we r using these bags we should recycle it also

As we know that plastic bags are very harmful,they should be totally banned.When food comes in contact of plastic bags, chemicals from leach out the food and contaminate the food and make the food poisonous.
As it is reported that about 2 million marine animals die every year from polythene pollution
