Plastic is a valuable resource. How can we ensure better collection and recycling for a swach Bharat

Government should be even more strict. Like to ensure people follow traffic rule they have increased the fine, likewise thre should be fine on throwing plastic here and there. Even the dustbin keeping idea was good but it was successful in very less areas because no one was there to take the garbage bin. There should be some provision for it. And even there was one program started that if the poor people will bring 5kg plastic in return they will get food and it was also beneficial for the families who can't afford food. This scheme should be implemented in many areas, this will help a lot and the garbage bin keeping idea should be implemented again by more planning it will help a lot
Plastic wastes is the most valuable resource because plastic is non biodegradable in nature it cannot be degraded. It means that the plastic waste can be used for recycling purpose.
The collection of plastic waste is much more important for swachh Bharat because plastic is the most important factor for the pollution of air water and soil.
When the plastic is burnt it creates harmful pollutants in the air, if it is buried under the soil it tends to damage the quality of the soil, when it is thrown in the ocean or river it damages the aquatic life.
The plastic from different sources can be collected at one place and can be cleaned and used for recycling purpose.
