Plastic causes pollution because it is harmful for the environment. When plastic materials are thrown they accumulate on Earth’s surface and causes harm to environment because it is non-degradable.

When it is disposed to environment it remains in environment for hundred years and causes harmful effect on water, soil and air. It is also harmful for human and animals. Sometimes animals like dogs and cows eat this plastic which becomes poisonous to them. We should stop using plastic bags instead we can use eco-friendly bags.
