bcoz plastic can take many lives of human beings.it can cause environmental and soil pollution.it can also chok the drains and kill many animals such as cows etc so we have to reduce it's use as far as possible

yes you are right but they take several years to decompose so they are in the categoriy of non biodegradable as it threats the environment if we burn this then it will produce toxic gases. So we should minimise the use of plastic not to throw because anyone consume this especially for cows then there can be fatal condition .
