Plateau regions in India to not support agriculture as much as the plane regions .

Reason:-

\bigstar The Indian plateau is known as the peninsular plateau as it is surrounded by the sea on three sides .

\bigstar It is mainly composed of the old crystal in hard igneous rocks and metamorphic rocks .

\bigstar Large amount of metallic and nonmetallic mineral resources are found in the plateau .

\bigstar It have broad and cell values with rounded hills.

\bigstar prominent plateau is real or Malwa plateau on the Western side and towards the Eastern there is Chota Nagpur Plateau .

\bigstar In comparison on to the plain areas the plateau region for drive the river sir not very near to the plateau uses in India do not support agriculture.
