Area of playground = 51000metre square.
(300 \times 170)m = 051000m {}^{2}  \\ again \: the \: rate \: of \: per \: metre \: square  = rs \: 80 \\ then \: the \: rate \: of \: 51000m {}^{2}  = rs \: 51000 \times 80 =  \: rs \: 4080000
Hence the rate of 51000metre square = Rs 4080000
