Answer:Given:

Angle BCA=Angle DCE

But,

Angle BCA=Angle CAE (alternate angles)

Similarly,

Angle DCE=Angle CEA

So,

Angle CAE=Angle CEA

This means triangle CAE is iscoceles because it's two angles are equal. The two angles CAE and CEA are having AE line segment common so AE cannot be one of the two equal lines.

Therefore line segment CE should be equal to line segment CA.

Therefore CA=CE=3cm.
