Explanation:

The plot being empty is being used as a dumping ground for years as no GHMC officials were concerned about keeping it clean. This led to the breeding of snakes, mongoose, rats and mosquitoes in it , becoming more dangerous. Even after frequent complaints to the colony officials, things haven't changed. The plot had a granite wall around it which was removed by the officials (2months ago) saying they're doing that on cleaning business, but they never came back after removing the rocks. The garbage has been sliding down to the road ever since. Inspite of the many requests made to the responsible authorities , no proper action is being taken.Hope to see action soon from the officials to clean the whole plot
