Torque is the cross product of force and displacement.
Here, displacement is with respect to origin, so the displacement vector and position vector have the same value.
Force = 2i - 3j + 4k
Displacement = 3i + 2j + 3k
Torque = [(-3×3) - (4×2)]i + [(4×3) - (2×3)]j + [(2×2) - (-3×3)]k
= (-9-8)i + (12-6)j + (4+9)k
= -17i + 6j + 13k
I remember that this very question had come in my test paper, with the same options. Later, they gave bonus marks as none of the options were correct.
