Let us assume that whole system is moving with acceleration a

For m mass block,

A force F is acting in forward direction and T1 is acting in backward direction, then

F - T1 = ma .........(i)

For 3m mass block,

A force T1 is acting in forward direction and T2 is acting in backward direction, then

T1 - T2 = 3ma .........(ii)

For 5m mass block,

A force T2 is acting in forward direction, then

T2 = 5ma .........(iii)

On adding equation (i) & (ii) we get

T1 = 8ma

16 = 8ma

ma = 2........(iv)

Put this value of ma in equation (iii)

T2 = 5 ma

T2 = 5*2 = 10 N
