HEY MATE ✨✨✨
________________

since x= 2/3 and x = -3 are the roots of the quadratic equation ;
a x^2 + 7x + b = 0
a[2/3 ]^2 + 7[2/3 ] + b = 0
4a + 42 + 9 b = 0
4 + 9 b = -42.........(1)
a( - 3 )^2 + 7( - 3 ) + b = 0
9a - 21 + b = 0
9a + b = 21............(2)

some equations first and second we obtain ...

81a + 9b = 189
4a + 9b = -42

on subtracting above two equations we get ....

77a = 231
a = 3

now from equation two we get ...

9( 3 ) + b = 21
b = - 6

hence the values of A and B are 3 and - 6 respectively
