I think it is a parallelogram. You will see that the side RS is parallel to PQ
Because you se in RS,R is mid point of DC and in PQ ,P is midpoint of AB.
And S is mp of diagonal AC ,Q is mp of diagonal DB .and RS line have one straight line mp(midpoint) and one diagonal and PQ also have both in opposite side.Similarly SP and RP are parellel to each other. It may bo rhombus because all sides all equal.
