General Knowledge forms an important section in most entrance examinations. It’s observed that many a time the General Knowledge questions and answers are ignored by the candidates as they immerse themselves in the more scoring subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Analytical Reasoning. In any competitive examination, around 25% of the paper carries the General Knowledge and Current Affairs questions. So, if you’re an aspirant who wants to get an admission into the top colleges across the country or succeed at any of the Government job examinations, then it’s very important for you to stay abreast of current affairs and General Knowledge topics. A thorough grasp of the General Knowledge topics and questions enables you to score higher and also gives you an advantage edge over others in the Group Discussions and Personal Interview rounds of the entrance test.
