400/1000 = 0.4 Kw

energy consumed in 30 days by refrigerator = 0.4 * 8 * 30 = 96 KwH

like above for iron

convert 750 w into Kw by dividing it by thousand.

750/1000 = 3/4 Kw

energy consumed in same days = 3/4 * 2 * 30 = 45 KwH..

total energy consumed = 96 + 45 = 141 kwH

cost of one kwH = 3rs

so total cost of 30 days = 141 × 3 = 423 rs..
