(1)In a triangle, sides opposite to larger angle always longer

(2)The sum of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the third side

(i) ∠ABD+∠BAD+∠ADB=180⁰  (ASP)

∠ABD+∠BAD+90=180

∠ABD+∠BAD=90

∠BAD is less than ∠ADB

∴AB is greater than BD (from (1) property)

(ii)similarly AC is greater than CD

(iii) from the (2) property
