see the question it is written that 50 speaks both hindi and english .then it is written that 30 pepole speak english but not hindi .means 50 + 30 = 80 .there it is not written that from those 50 pepole 30 spoke english but not hindi.and we have to find only of how many pepole speak english.
so got it.
