please answer a query. If goods of foreign origin is imported into india and then subsequently being exported to some other country in the same packing in which it is imported, is there any wrong in doing so

I think its wrong since the country from where India took the supplies first will probably have some stamps on the packages and sending the same to other country would make issues. I think it could be sent but by adding a sign of India as well
