Mohd. Ghazni invaded India for 17 times. The main reason for his invasions was to plunder the temples.

2) Prithviraj Chauhan

The two battles of Tarrain were fought between Prithviraj Chauhan and Mohd Ghor. In the first battle of Tarrain, Ghori was defeated but later in second battle of Tarrain, Ghori defeated Prithviraj.
