Place, people, things and nature that surround any living organism is called Environment. In french the word Environment means "neighbourhood".

(2) What is natural Environment ?

Objects which are created by nature for example Mountains, Rivers, Trees, Plants and Animals are called Natural Environment.

(3) What is Biosphere?

The narrow zone of earth where land, water and air interact with each other to support life is called Biosphere.

(4) Why is Lithosphere important?

Lithosphere is important because is the domain which provide us Forest and Grassland for grazing, land for agriculture and human settlements.

(5) What is the importance of the Atmosphere?

Importance of Atmosphere :

  • It protects from Harmful rays and scorching heat of Sun.
  • The changes in the atmosphere produces changes in the weather and climate.
  • The gravitational force of the earth holds the atmosphere around it.
