In ΔDBC,
70 + 50 + x = 180 [Angle sum property]
120 + x = 180
x = 60.

f(x) = 2x²-3x+7a
f(x) = 0
⇒f(2) = 0
⇒2(2)²-3(2)+7a = 0
⇒8 - 6 +7a = 0
