well, it's quite easy! According to the formula "X=Kp". I hope you know the full forms! X (mole fraction) ∞ K! So, Instead of XO2 and XN2, substitute KO2 and KN2.
XO2/XN2=KO2/KN2=3.3*10^7/ 6.51*10^7 = 0.53
XO2/XN2=KO2/KN2=3.3*10^7/ 6.51*10^7 = 0.53

Isn't partial pressure of both the gases different then how can you say X is proportional to K as by Henry's law X is proportional to P.

Ys if temperature would have been different then total pressure would have been calculated first by has laws and then the value would have been put in place of 1.
