Since its 3 questions i will just give a brief answer. If elaboration is required pls inform.
1. Since the points A and C are know, the B is (x,y). In a square AC^2=AB^2+BC^2.
Apply the given in this and find x and y.
2. Draw ABCD. Mark P anywhere and join to A,B,C,D. Contruct EM perpendicularly from DA to BC through P. Since it meets at 90 degree triangles EPA, MPC, MPB and DPE forms ryt angled. Derive PA^2,PC^2,PB^2 And PD^2 from triangles by Pythagoras theorum and equate these to form the answer.
3. Just use Distance Theorum and apply it to Pythagoras theorum in the square
