Solution

2 tan∅ = 3

tan∅ = 3/2

→ (4 sin∅ + 5 cos∅)/(6 sin∅ + 2 cos∅)

By dividing numerator and denominator by cos∅.

→ [(4 sin∅ + 5cos∅)/cos∅]/[(6 sin∅ + 2cos∅)/cos∅]

→ (4 sin∅/cos∅ + 5 cos∅/cos∅)/(6 sin∅/cos∅ + 2 cos∅/cos∅)

→ (4 tan∅ + 5)/(6 tan∅ + 2)

By substituting values we get

→ (4 × 3/2 + 5)/(6 × 3/2 + 2)

→ 11/11 = 1

Hence required answer is 1.

ANALYSING THE QUESTION{1 0 1 0}

Solution:

Given that,

2tan∅=3

tan∅=3/2

To find: [4sin∅+5cos∅]/[6sin∅+2cos∅]

★Dividing the numerator and denominator by cos∅

We obtain:

[4tan∅+5]/[6tan∅+2]

=

 =  \:  \sf{ \frac{4 \times  \frac{3}{2}  + 5}{6 \times  \frac{3}{2} + 2 } } \\  \\  =  \sf{ \frac{6 + 5}{9 + 2} } \\  \\   = \sf{ \frac{11}{11} } \\  \\ =     \huge{\underline{\boxed{ \sf{1}}}}
