First Figure :

★   9 = 3²

★   16 = 4²

★   36 = 6²

★   25 = 5²

Middle Number : (3 + 4 + 6 + 5) = 18

Second Figure :

★   4 = 2²

★   64 = 8²

★   49 = 7²

★   81 = 9²

Middle Number : (2 + 8 + 7 + 9) = 26

Third Figure :

★   25 = 5²

★   144 = 12²

★   36 = 6²

★   64 = 8²

Middle Number : (5 + 12 + 6 + 8) = 31

See the figures surrounding the circles .

First circles involves :-

→ 9

→ 25

→ 16

→ 36

Second figure involves :-

→ 4

→ 81

→ 64

→ 49

Third figure involves :-

→ 25

→ 64

→ 144

→ 36

Notice the pattern

" EVERY NUMBER " that I wrote down before is a perfect square .

Hence the missing number can be found out by converting them to their respective square roots .

Solution :-

First figure :-

9 , 16 , 25 , 36

18 = √9 + √16 + √25 + √36

⇒ 18 = 3 + 4 + 5 + 6

⇒ 18 = 18

Hence verified .

Second figure also shows that the number obtained in the middle is the sum of square roots of each number .

26 = √4 + √64 + √81 + √49

⇒ 26 = 2 + 8 + 9 + 7

⇒ 26 = 26

Hence verified .

Third figure :-

Let the missing number be x .

x = √25 + √144 + √64 + √36

⇒ x = 5 + 12 + 8 + 6

⇒ x = 17 + 14

⇒ x = 31

Missing number is 31 .
