Answer : 100 ohm.

You can find resistance by dividing ∆V by ∆I. If you notice ∆V is 0.3 and ∆I is 30 mA. So by dividing them you get r = 100 ohms

It's an I-V graph, so inverse of slope is resistance, that is, 1 / (I / V) = V / I.

Which... is equal to 0.9V / 0.09A (90mA = 0.09A).

...which is equal to 10Ω.
