Here is the answer, buddy.
A) The stainless steel vessels in kitchen have copper coating on the bottom because copper is a good conductor of heat, so when the vessel is used for to cook something then copper at the bottom acts as a good absorber of heat and it spread the heat equally all over the container so the food can be cooked nicely.
