Thermosetting plastic : They can be moulded onces .It can be softened by heating . The examples are Bakelite and melamine
Thermoplastic Plastic : They gets deformed easily on heating . It can be bent easily . The examples are Plothene and PVC .It is used for making toys , combs ,etc.
