1. well if we think rationally war seems as a waste if time, money and manpower but some people want it as a way to show off their strength to capture other's territory which is an unethical offence. yes, the money should be spent on the welfare activities instead because only then a prosperous and healthy human community can prevail with great knowledge and sense of being one can be achieved.
2. For becoming a trade center, a city must have all the essential facilities for transportation, staying facilities and others.
in future I would like to establish a city based on nature...the roads will be covered up by trees on both the sides with houses rushed into trees having tree house like experiences.
