Step-by-step explanation:

let the total journey be 1

travelled by bus = 3/4

travelled by taxi = 1/5

remaining on foot =

1 -  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{1}{5}  \\  =  \frac{20 - 15 - 4}{20}  \\  =  \frac{1}{20}

travelled by foot = 5km

total distance =

5 \div  \frac{1}{20}  \\  = 5 \times 20 = 100

distance travelled by taxi =

100 \times  \frac{1}{5}  = 20

therefore , 20km travelled by taxi
