Explanation:

 \frac{3}{m + n}  =  \frac{4}{2(m - n)}

 \frac{3}{m + n}  =  \frac{4}{2m - 2n}

Cross Multiplication :-

3(2m-2n) = 4(m+n)

6m-6n = 4m+4n

6m-4m = 4n+6n

2m = 10n

 \frac{m}{n}  =  \frac{10}{2}  =  \frac{5}{1}

m=5 and n =1 i.e. a natural number and less than 6
