AD= 6 cm = h
BC = x = b
area of triangle = 1/2 ( b×h)

area of triangle ABC = 36cm sq.
it's height = 6cm
and it's base = BC

area of triangle = 36 cm ^2
1/2×base × height = 36 cm^2
1/2 ×BC × 6 = 36
BC × 3 = 36
BC = 12 cm
