after putting the value of x in our question we found 2 term. in the first term we can see irrational number in numerator while we can see in the second term irrational number in the denominator.

So our first task is to rationalize the second part by multiplying conjugate of x (which is 5 + 2 root 6) in numerator and denominator

Now our question will be convert into

{(5 - 2 \sqrt{6} )}^{2}  + {(5  +  2 \sqrt{6} )}^{2}

now you can open both brackets by applying 2 identities

(a + b)^{2}  \:  \: and \:  \:  (a  -  b)^{2}

finally you will get 98 as your answer
