Solution:

sum of zero

α+β=-b/a

product of zero

αβ=c/a

now,

α+β=-b/a  and

αβ=1/a

then,

{a}^2+B^2=(a+B)^2

(a+B)^2=(\frac{-b}{a} )^2

a^2+B^2=\frac{-b^2}{a^2}
