as PQ=RS and QR=PS implies that the given quadrilateral is a parallelogram.

Now parallelogram's area= sum of areas of triangles PSR and PQR which are congruent.

Therefore area of parallelogram=2×1/2×4×18=4×18=72cm².

Answer:

72

Step-by-step explanation:

consider two triangles PSR and PQR

area of PSR = 1/2 *18*4 = 36

area of PQR = 1/2*18*4=36

area of PQRS = 72
