$\sqrt{2} + \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{2} + ..... = x \\ \sqrt{2 + x} \\ 2 + x = {x}^{2} \\ {x}^{2} - x - 2 = 0 \\ x{x + 2} + 1{x - 2} = 0 \\ then \\ x = 2 \\ x = - 1$
